DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Absolutely!

For an EXCHANGE , no fees will be charged. In this case, you must return your watch WITHOUT THE BOX with a note inside stating: your order number, your desired exchange choice, and your complete return address.

For a REFUND , you must return the item in its original condition with a copy of the invoice and a note requesting the refund. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your Konifer product; please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) & PayPal. We also accept bank transfers (contact us to get our bank details required for your payment).

Our KONIFER watches are guaranteed for a period of 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase against any defect in the mechanism. All warranty details are available in the watch box upon purchase.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your KONIFER WATCH, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. You must contact us before making your return in order to obtain authorization. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer and must be returned in their original condition, in perfect condition.

FREE DELIVERY ALL OVER THE WORLD!

We ship all over the world for FREE! We ship from Quebec, Canada. We use the services of Canada Post for all our shipments. Our delivery times in Canada are between 2 and 8 working days, in the USA: 3 to 9 working days and internationally: up to 14 working days.

WILL MY KONIFER WATCH FIT MY WRIST?

Absolutely! Your KONIFER watch will fit any wrist! All our watches are fully adjustable with adjustment screws and/or jewelry pins! You can do it yourself or have your jeweler do it. Need extra links? No problem! We sell them for $3 each; just contact us at info@koniferwatch.com ! Please note that there is a flat shipping cost of $9.99 for links, no matter where you are in the world.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT DO KONIFER WATCHES HAVE?

KONIFER watches use the renowned Japanese Citizen movements. Citizen movements have proven their worth since 1957!

DOES MY KONIFER WATCH NEED SPECIAL MAINTENANCE?

Not at all! On the other hand, like all wooden items, it is recommended to clean your watch from time to time with a damp soft cotton cloth.

IS MY KONIFER WATCH WATERPROOF?

Your beautiful KONIFER watch is not waterproof, but rather splashproof. You cannot submerge your watch under water, but you will be able to wash your hands without any problem and have a few drops of water here and there without any problem! Use good judgment when wearing your KONIFER wooden watch. It is made of wood, it is ultra resistant, but it's still wood and not metal!
